1. Agreement
By using Aomly (https://aomly.app) you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie and Storage Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What Aomly is
Aomly is a personal budgeting tool. It calculates estimates, such as how much you can spend today and when your debt may be paid off, from numbers you enter. It is not financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and it is not connected to any bank, card issuer or lender. Check exact figures with your bank or lender before making decisions.
3. Your responsibilities
- Enter accurate information. Results are only as good as what you type.
- Do not enter bank logins, ID numbers or full card numbers.
- Keep your sync code private. Anyone with your sync code can access your synced data.
- Keep your own copies of anything important. Data kept only on your device can be lost if you clear your browser or lose the device.
- Use Aomly lawfully. Do not attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer or misuse the service or other users' data.
4. Cloud sync
Cloud sync is optional and currently invite-only. We may change, limit or end it, and remove inactive synced data, with reasonable notice where we can. See the Privacy Policy for how synced data is handled and deleted.
5. Free service, no guarantee
Aomly is currently free and provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it running and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for your needs. Features may change or be removed.
6. Limit of liability
To the extent allowed by Thai law, we are not responsible for losses from your use of or inability to use Aomly, including inaccurate estimates, lost data, missed reminders, missed payments, late fees or interest. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Ownership
The Aomly name, design and code belong to the owner of Aomly. You keep ownership of the data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app, reminders and sync as described in the Privacy Policy.
All third-party names and logos shown in the app (banks, cards, pay-later services, subscription brands) belong to their owners. Aomly is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
8. Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Aomly without owing you payment.
9. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it. You can stop using Aomly at any time, and you may ask us to delete your synced data. We may suspend access for misuse.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
